Pierre Troupel – Red
Terroir:
This cuvée is a parcel selection on the place called “Charbonnières”.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually in crates from mid-September and vinified with total destemming. Fermentation takes place at 25°C. Traditional aging in stainless steel vats.
Grapes:50% Grenache - 50% Syrah
Degrees:15%
Tasting:
Garnet colour, nose of red forest fruits (blackberries, raspberries, black cherries) opening up to spices with aeration. The mouth is fleshy, mature, round. We find exactly the same aromas from the nose to the mouth with a fresh and liquorice finish.

Perfect with grilled meats.
