Long maceration on the skins for 45 days


Fermentation:

In stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 °C


Aging:

In French and Slavonian oak tonneau (50% new and 50% second
use oak) for 18 months and in bottle for 4 months


Aging Potential:

20 years
