Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature
controlled (14-16ºC). Cold stabilization. Soft filtering before
to bottle.
Harvest: beginning of September
Vineyards: Certified organic plantation (CCPAE).
Altitude: 150m-450m. Age of the vines: 40-50 years.
Analysis:
- 13% vol. alcohol
- 4.6 g/l total acidity
- 0.4 g/l residual sugars
Production: 6,000 bottles (75cl.)
Tasting note: Bright straw color, aromas of dried herbs, tropical fruits and some minerality. Sweet in the mouth, with a slight acidity and a body generous.
Pairing: This young wine is perfect for any kind of fish and also for light cheeses. Also pairs perfectly with any rice.
