Il Pratello from Fattoria del Pratello in Tuscany offers a fragrant red wine with ripe

cherries and dark berries. Soft and velvety, it pairs perfectly with pasta, meats,

roasts, and cheeses. The vineyard, located at 280-330 meters above sea level,

produces this ruby red wine aged for 3 months in wood, reflecting the Tuscan

terroir.

Vinification:

Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at controlled temperature, aged in
