Harvest Period:

Late harvest, from the beginning of October to the half of November

 

Vinification:

Long maceration on the skins for 45 days

 

Fermentation:

In stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 °C

 

Aging:

In French and Slavonian oak tonneau (50% new & 50% second use oak) for 15 months and in bottle for 3 months

 

Aging Potential:

10 years
