Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore is a unique red wine crafted using the Ripasso technique, re-fermenting fresh Valpolicella with Amarone grapes. Produced in the Valpolicella appellation, it offers an elegant taste with hints of sour cherries, plums, and spices. The winery's history is rooted in traditional vinification methods.

 

Tasting Notes:

Intense purple red color with hints of sour cherries, plums, and spices. Velvety and harmonious on the palate.

 

Vinification:

Soft pressing, red vinification with submerged cap method at controlled temperature. Ripasso technique with 14 months aging in French oak barriques.
