Francs has been an all time land for white wine and Ad Francos carries on this tradition with the utmost care. In order to extract a maximum of aromas, a pellicular maceration is followed by pressing. The fermentation takes place in both an ovoid tank and barrels to bring fat, roundness and complexity. Wine stiring are carried out regularly to provide an incomparable body. The Château Ad Francos white wine is part of the elite wines in the world, ranked among the 5% best wines in the world by the oenophile community application Vivino.
