A plot of one hectare only planted with old vines on a very unique terroir and exposure, is the source of the wine, the exceptional Reserve of Ad Francos. The small volume of grappes harvested by hand allows to carry out fermentation directly in new French oak barrels. This very rare and demanding technique enables to produce more concentrated wine which develops over time an incomparable and subtle woody melt.
