Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature controlled (14-16ºC). Cold stabilization. Soft filtering before to bottle.

150m-450m. Age of the vines: 40-50 years.

Tasting note:
Bright straw color, aromas of dried herbs, tropical fruits and some minerality. Sweet in the mouth, with a slight acidity and a body generous.
Pairing:
This young wine is perfect for any kind of fish and also for light cheeses. Also pairs perfectly with any rice.
