Vinification:
This "orange" wine made with 100% white Grenache,
goes through a long process of maceration in contact with the
skins and seeds, to achieve an extra contribution of color and
tannicity, a typical process in the vinification of red wines.
- 15-day maceration with skins and seeds
- Fermentation in stainless steel at acontrolled temperature (16ºC)
- Lightly pressed
- Breeding on lees
- Slight clarification to obtain a clean wine
Production: Approximately 15,000 bottles (75cl.)

13% vol. alcohol
5 g/l tartaric acid
1 g/l residual sugar
Tasting note:
Intense golden color with amber reflections. The nose reminds of
peach, apricot and notes of ripe or chopped fruit. mouth
unctuous with slight acidity and a generous, structured body.
