Varietal: 35% Primitivo, 35% Negroamaro and 30% Nero di Troia

Training System: pergola and spurred rows

Yield per Hectare: 120 - 140 quintals

Harvest Period: from the beginnign of September to the first decade of October

Vinification: long maceration on the skins for 25 days

Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 °C

Aging: in French and Slavonian oak tonneau (100% second use oak) for 4
months and in bottle for 4 months

Aging Potential: 5 years

Bottles: 750 ml
