Training System: pergola and spurred rows

Vinification: long maceration on the skins for 25 days


Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 °C


Aging: in French and Slavonian oak tonneau (100% second use oak) for 3 months and in bottle for 3 months


Aging Potential: 5 years


Bottles: 750 ml
