Vinification: long maceration on the skins for 35 days


Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 °C


Aging: in French and Slavonian oak tonneau (20% new and 80% second
use oak) for 6 months and in bottle for 4 months


Aging Potential: 10 years


Bottles: 750 ml
