Varietal: 35% Montepulciano, 35% Primitivo, 30% Nero di Troia


Training System: Abruzzo pergola and spurred cordon rows


Yield per Hectare: 120-140 quintals


Harvest Period: from the beginning of September to the end of October


Vinification: long maceration on the skins for 30 days


Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 °C


Aging: in French and Slavonian oak tonneau (100% oaks of second & third use) for 12 months and in bottle for 4 months


Aging Potential: 10 years


Bottles: 750 ml
