Varietal: 50% Montepulciano, 30% Primitivo and 20% Negroamaro


Training System: Abruzzo Pergola and spurred cordon rows


Yield per Hectare: 100-140 quintals


Harvest Period: from the beginning of September to the end of October


Vinification: long maceration on the skins for 45 days


Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 °C


Aging: in French and Slavonian oak tonneau (50% first-passage oaks and 50% second passage) for 18 months and in bottle for 4 months


Aging Potential: 15 years


Bottles: 750 ml
