Varietal: 50% Montepulciano & 50% Primitivo


Training System: Abruzzo pergola and spurred cordon rows


Yield per Hectare: 100-140 quintals


Harvest Period: late harvest, from the beginning of October to the half of November


Vinification: long maceration on the skins for 45 days


Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 °C


Aging: in French and Slavonian oak tonneau (50% new & 50% second use oak) for 15 months and in bottle for 3 months


Aging Potential: 10 years


Bottles: 750 ml
