Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 °C

 

Aging: in French and Slavonian oak tonneau (20% first-passage oaks & 80% second passage) for 9 months and in bottle for 3 months

 

Aging Potential: 15 years

 

Bottles: 750 ml
